Recognised as an inspirational place to work, Purple Cubed is seeking an exceptional, passionate and creative contractor for a minimum three month contract. Over the past 12 years we’ve created one of the most innovative and exciting business transformation organisations in the UK. We help well-known brands across the world (think Hakkasan, Village Urban Lodges, Orient Express), to improve company performance, people engagement and profit; enabling them to be great places to work.

We are building a brand new team to work on innovative new projects so essentially it’s a start up environment and we’re looking for the perfect match; someone who:

• Is creative and passionate about web-based user interface design and an expert in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Really understands what being Purple is all about and can translate this into all new design
• Has:
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Experience or interest in designing for mobile devices
- A portfolio which demonstrates your design skills and creativity
- An interest in User Experience and usability
- And as an added bonus, the ability to create wireframes

Working with our Head Developer, you’ll:
• Play a key role in designing an intuitive and cohesive look, feel and overall user experience for our web-based products
• Work closely with our technical team, discussing ideas and specifications before producing interactive mock ups/prototypes
• Produce user interface designs with a good user experience in mind
• Be a brilliant problem solver – have the ability to quickly grasp and translate highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions
• Be flexible, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own as well as be part of a team

To apply, please:
Email 10 bullet point reasons why you’re the one, plus a one-page CV to [email protected]

We look forward to hearing from you.
