Full Time, Virtual-Based Marketing Manager for UK Training Firm

Full Time, Virtual-Based Marketing Manager for UK Training Firm

Job Description

I run a small but successful coach-training company based in London, UK.

I am now looking for a FULL-TIME marketing manager who will work with me remotely and who will give their FULL attention to growing this business.

As a result, this is NOT for consultants who want to charge very high fees for a few hours work per month. Nor is it for agencies who will add my work to their wider portfolio of clients. I've got nothing against you guys but I want a full timer! :)

This is very much a role for someone who wants to throw themselves in to mastering what it takes to market and grow a business and develop a real pathway of personal growth and success within the role.

The right person will be able to blend creative thinking around strategy with the skill to implement tasks and/or work with specialist implementers such as Adwords experts, SEO experts to make the whole strategy work.

The role will give you the space to grow in your skills and knowledge and I certainly don't expect someone who is an expert on everything - especially given the increasing complexity of each area of marketing.

That said you should understand the big picture of:

Marketing strategy
Market research
Online and offline marketing
Sales funnel analysis and management
Online advertsing including display and search advertising and the growing opportunities in remarketing etc
PR & Expert Strategy
Social media marketing
Lead acquisition and management
Follow up sequences and prospect relationship

You should have great English language skills and be good at communication.

You'll work closely (albeit remotely) with me as the founder of the school and together we'll put in place a team of additional experts where needed to complement your marketing management.

My business is performing at a certain level and it is critical that working together we take the business to a new, measured level so that I can justify the monthly investment in you as a marketing manager. As a result, you'll be looking to achieve (or exceed) very specific outcomes of client acquisition.

On target earnings (which are VERY realistic not stupidly hard targets) will be around $3500 p/m but with potential for more if we can exceed to the targets.

There will be a decent basic income and then performance related bonuses based on measurements that are open and clear to you.

This is a VERY important role within my business and I will be shortlisting and then Skype interviewing the successful final four people to ensure we gel and that you really get marketing.
