SECTION 1 COMPANY SUMMARY, BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
A. COMPANY SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND
Azestfor is a startup company, that was founded this year 2013. It manufactures and sells supplements for companion animals. Part of our mission is focused on improving pets health, lowering vet bills and promoting longevity through educating people on the benefits of homemade pet food and supplements.
B. PURPOSE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Azestfor is seeking proposals to develop a marketing plan to drive organic traffic to the website, increase our sales, and create a sales strategy for our online marketing. Strategy must include, but not limited to: creation of keyword terms for both the shop and blog, category strategy, Google and Amazon ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social media, newsletter, blog posts, etc. All of these results must be tracked and then analyzed in order to change the strategy as needed. This strategy will be developed with Azestfor’s Founder.
SECTION II MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
All proposals received by January 29th 5pm. The proposals will be evaluated to determine whether they meet the following requirements.
The successful bidder must have demonstrable background, knowledge and skills necessary to develop a marketing program. All presentations will undergo a rigorous review process prior to acceptance. Judges on the committee to select the successful bidder must be confident of the bidders ability to produce a marketing campaign that is accurate and appropriate for the audience. Bidders may submit a brief resume. They must submit past or existing clients sites and track records. References and names and contact information of clients will be required.
B. Communication Skills
The successful bidder must be able to communicate in a concise, accurate and articulate manner. They must respond in a timely fashion to all communications with the company within one business day.
The successful bidder must submit a proposal for all specified requirements within an ad words budget cap of $200 month.
SECTION III SCOPE OF SERVICES & DELIVERABLES
The deliverable product is a report that includes the basic marketing strategies, ad strategies (and required budget for ads) SEO recommendations, goals for traffic and sales, and overall recommendations with a twelve-month timeline. The number of hours per month that your firm will work on the project is required as well as what will be completed each month.
SECTION IV PROPOSAL PACKAGE FORMAT
The bidder shall submit a cover letter with the proposal
