Looking for a virtual assistant to help with different tasks for our website and business.
The role includes sending customer emails using AWeber and Mailchimp, using Wordpress and Magento websites (this is NOT a web coding job but rather an assistant job that requires working with these websites), selling items on eBay, transcribing videos, writing and rewriting articles, assisting with the use of Google services for search engine optimization and other optimization features as well as other tasks related to the website. This is a general assistance role so other tasks may include creating procedures, answering customer queries, checking stock levels and other similar tasks. Training can be provided on how we expect these tasks to be completed.
Must have excellent written and spoken English skills, a good internet connection and good organizational skills.
This is an ongoing full time position (40 hours p/w).
The interview process involves a Skype video interview and then a trial task to check your suitability.
Once hired you would do a one month trial. We would review the ongoing employment after one month. We would pay a flat rate for the month of $1,500USD.
