Fashion Website: Design Directions ~ friendly/fun/sexy/chic
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
I need to create a website for a fashion consultant with a simple homepage: just a large image of a woman shopping in a high end clothing store which serves as a background with nothing more than the title, tagline, contact info, and a website menu.
Because there is so little, the home page needs the perfect font combinations and layout. I need several mockup directions that show me different font pairings and layouts so I can choose which way to go. Once I choose, I will be also asking you to help me layout the rest of the website's pages.
You must have access to premium fonts. Right now I am experimenting with Bodoni, Chalet, Futura, Univers, Didot, etc...
The website needs to be sexy and chic yet fun and fun, not cold and untouchable like the cover of Vogue.
For the home page, I have the image you will need to lay the title/tagline/info/menu on so all you need to do is choose fonts that you think look great and layout the text.
***See attached mockup for one idea of how it could be laid out.
Please give me your estimated flat rate for coming up with five sample mockups. After this round, once I choose a direction, let's design the rest of the site together (also very simple layout with little imagery). For this first round, I'd like to see your designs in the next day or two. We'll move on to the rest of the website throughout next week.
This site will essentially be black, white, and a little dark pink so please show me samples from your portfolio of strong yet feminine designs you're capable of!
Looking forward to working with you!
