Fix echo issue with Asterisk install (Digium AsteriskNOW, FreePBX, CentOS, etc)

We have an echo, for the call receiver, on our Asterisk system when any call comes in on the POTS (using a Digium card) and is transferred to an extension OR transferred to another phone number via a SIP trunc.
We need the echo issue resolved and believe it to be a simple configuration change. Access to our system would be proxied via screenshare using join.me
