Handling email and scheduling.  outlook.com

*Quick response time.  (if you can't respond to my messages in a timely manner you're not right for the job)

Keeping accurate client details. (outlook.com - People)
Schedule appointments accurately (outlook.com - Calendar)
Customers must be treated personally - most emails start off with a template but MUST be customized for the client and their needs.

Attention to detail!!!  Correspondence must be professional. Proper punctuation, capitalization, spelling and grammar!!

Results are a must, measured in how many appointments you book.
Must follow directions and not need to be reminded repeatedly.
Position can lead to being permanent if quality of work is excellent.
Must be proactive in accomplishing tasks.
