Multiplayer Server/Network Engineer/Programmer

I am developing a game with "out of pocket" funds. This keeps the workload to a steady yet simple basis such as 10 hours a week. However I am still looking for someone who really has a strong handle on server/networking. A true wizard in this field will love this job. Easy money with easy work. I need this person to be able to write up the code to launch my game online with multiplayer capabilities. Things such as the network structure, chat system, interaction with objects such as trade or drop/pickup all must be coded to work smoothly in the game. I am a "jack of all trades" but my skills are limited with server/network code built from scratch. I am open to suggestions as I expect this person to have outstanding knowledge in this entire area. I am more then welcome to talk everything over before actual operations begin. I am a firm believer in organization and understanding before production. I write everything out with detail on "Google Documents" (shared) and use "Google Talk" to communicate primarily as well as email. I am looking for someone that has the drive and motivation to excel yet the patience to discuss the options before moving forward. The last thing i want is to waste money investing in an "i thought you meant" scenario. I am very nice to work with and patient as my ratings show.
The game is being developed using "Construct 2" as our engine. Knowledge of this is helpful.
· Proficiency in C and C++
· Strong background and knowledge in server architecture and TCP/IP networking
· Knowledge of networking protocols (UDP) and patterns used for online games
· Understanding of the implementation requirements of client-server and peer-to-peer networking models
· Current generation console programming experience with clean code.
