Basically, I am going to be getting the pictures or drawings through an email account, I need them convert them to Visio Floor Plans and returned within 72 hours of being submitted.
I am in the process of hiring a contractor to convert pictures or drawings into Visio Floor Plans. I would like to find someone who can manage this project for me.
Initially, there is backlog of 45 drawings that will need to be created. After those are complete, 1-6 floor plans will be submitted.
I'm looking for someone who can double check the work that the other contractor is doing. I need someone who can ensure that the work is done on time and correctly.
For this Job, I would like you to create a document or presentation explaining how you would manage this if you were me.
