Good morning,

Seasoned entrepreneur and investor from the United States seeks a competent Business Analyst and Project Administrator for website projects.

Responsibilities include;
(*) Supervising programmers and creative professionals,
(*) Documenting tasks and updates,
(*) Research and content management,
(*) Administrative assistance to the CEO.

Additional responsibilities may also include:
(*) Phone calls to senior executives,
(*) Management of graphic and technical projects,
(*) Development of website/ domain requirements.

The qualified candidate will possess the following skills:
(*) Excellent spoken English,
(*) Organized, with a strong memory,
(*) Ability to lead teams and keep promises,
(*) Ability to manage meetings and conversation efficiently,
(*) Ability to drive projects and tasks to completion,
(*) Keen sense of timing, urgency and timely communication,
(*) Ability to gain respect from team members, and most importantly,
(*) Experience reporting (directly) to CEO level.

The Project Administrator/ Business Analyst will work primarily with the founder and CEO but also with the team, which includes, programmers, designers, writers and partners.

From 2-10 hrs per week will be required, depending on the candidate skills and experience. The schedule is flexible, which means that together we can discuss appropriate times to meet and talk.
