The Control Room Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the E-Learning Programs.

PAY
$125 US per month for 20+ hours a week. Work week is Sunday to Tuesday

The Control Room Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the E-Learning Programs.
SCOPE

The Control Room Coordinator reports to the E-Learning Assistant and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities.)
1. Provide administrative support to ensure that E-Learning operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Main Activities:
Type correspondence, reports and other documents Maintain lesson plan files and report files
Monitor Online ESL Teachers to ensure compliance to guidelines
Web research
Coordinate miscellaneous reports
Coordinate technical difficulties to appropriate channels
2. Provide support to E-Learning Assistant to ensure that E-Learning Assistant is provided with the resources to make effective decisions

Main Activities:
Maintain confidential records and files
Maintain records of decisions
Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
Review and edit reports to the Language Programs Manager Prepare correspondence for third party clients
Prepare documents and reports on the computer
Schedule teacher meetings and training
Prepare additional data entry support as required
4. Provide additional services Main Activities:
Coordinate Online ESL Teachers
Provide secondary support to Online ESL Teachers Direct inquiries and respond to inquiries
Assist Online ESL Teachers with technical difficulties Provide reporting support to E-Learning Assistant
5. Perform other related duties as required
