Job Description

I'm a sales rep looking for a part-time virtual assistant. Right now I have several tasks that need to be done weekly. If things work out, I have other ongoing projects that I would like to have done.

For example:
I visit up to 25 stores each week, I make an audio recording on my iPhone after each visit. I would email you that audio files (.m4a file) which are basically my notes from the visit and you would enter the information into the spreadsheet I have in google docs. This would need to be done as fast as possible, within 48 hours of when it's sent to you. I will do my best to communicate what days I will be visiting stores.

Here is a sample of the audio file. Listen to it and look at the screenshot attached to this post for an example of a completed entry (actually a few columns would not fit in the screenshot).

I need a store list created of the stores that I would want to visit. You would need you to go into google maps, yelp, yellowpages, and any other website you know of to create a store list (also in google docs). County by county, zip code by zip code. Starting with southern California.
