Graphic Designer with User Interface / User Experience Skills For Exciting Web App Projects

We are looking for a creative and dynamic UI/UX designer to work on a prototype design for several different exciting web apps. Your role will be to go through it and polish the design and user experience process. Conduct user testing and other various tasks concentrated around usability. Along with design wireframes of the design along with graphic mockups.
Some of the job requirements will be:
- Designing Wireframes for different screens. (Web & Mobile ie Responsive Design)
- Design user interaction workflow (Sign Up, Voting, Messaging, Search/Sorting etc)
- Design graphics, images, icons, borders, grids, buttons and icons. (All graphic elements.)
- Suggest usability issues or improvements
We are looking for a contractor that is a skilled graphic designer along with skills with making intuitive and smooth user interface designs.
We are looking for modern, simple and elegant designs. Sample application layouts will be provided. We require a browser independent design – must work on Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
WIreframes/Functioning Prototype using Axure or Balsamiq will be great as deliverable, CSS/HTML/Jquery will be even better but can live with PSD mock up.
Most of the apps we are working on are data driven application. The goal is to make it as easy, simple and quick as possible for users to scan through tons of data, organize it, and manipulate it.
As the UI/UX Designer and Usability expert on the team you will get to shape greatly the feel and look of the application. From suggesting new features to simplify the user experience to even eliminating some. We want to work with someone who has opinions and loves to share them.
