we are a premier boutique financial planning firm in Australia and Asia looking for a high quality personal assistant who can assist with all back up tasks across the business. You will need to
*speak great English
*be comfortable with reading and understanding forms
*web research on financial websites
*contacting Australian businesses and conversing with them in English and filling in forms
*be accurate
*be a fast worker
*have worked with CRMs before
*be accurate and thorough in data input
*be able to compile excel spreadsheets
*have a strong internet connection with no dropouts
*be able to interview with us via skype
*have dropbox loaded on your desktop ready to go
*be able to supply ID before starting work
*be prepared to fill in a work form and sign a work contract
