We are looking for a customer service individual for software in aerospace industry.
Somebody who's able to:
- provide level 1 phone and email initial customer support
- provide initial triage of IT and network infrastructure (LDAP, VPN, JBoss. Firewalls)
- run simple SQL queries
- log in to Unix severs to execute commands/scripts to conduct initial diagnosis of client's systems
- be on call 24x7 during critical deployment and/or go-live phases
