Job Description

For these tasks, I am looking for providers who already have processes in place, which can be adapted. (If thats not you, not please look at bottom)

(1) I will send you electronic bank extracts, screenshots of electronic statements(1b), scanned documents, electronic documents. You will process and organize the material.

Part of the material will go into a tax return before the 1th of May.

The work involves for example:
Creating a consolidated view of statements from different accounts.
Processing scans, for example connecting scans that are of the same document/transaction, perhaps purging scans that doesn’t add value (poor quality compared to other scans).
OCR, when quality is sufficient.
Connecting the documents to statements.
Some statements are screenshots, so some manipulation is required to get them into Excel for example.

(2) An accountant will oversee the work and should be able to manipulate what goes into the return. Ideally what should go into the return should be a setting per item (In a spreadsheet for example).

(3) All the information should preferably be available to me and other workers at all times (Typically in a cloud solution).
