Dedicated Level3 Desktop Support and Junior Network Admin

We are looking for a very strong level 3 desktop support and Jr. network admin level skills to provide remote support for our users. Mostly Windows client environment on a Microsoft server network.
6-8 hours per day availability to work on user tickets and issues remotely
5 years minimum of desktop support experience including support for Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac and peripherals
5 years minimum of helpdesk experience supporting a variety of client issues in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office suite expertise
Active Directory administration
Windows Server basic administration
Exchange Email user administration
LAN Networking experience necessary
