Santa Monica Based Start-Up Seeks Phone Customer Service Agents

Job Description

We (an experience based company) primarily need a phone-support agent (in or near LA) with stellar telephone-skills who can, after learning about our product:

1. Manage any customer-relations inquiries that come in through our phone service. This means: Answer questions about the product sensibly

2. Perform customer-service at a high level based on product-knowledge and a real desire to make sure callers really like you and the company as a whole. This means: help people buy stuff.

3. Perform complaint-management as needed for when things inevitably go wrong, this could include customer-support when they need help using something they've already purchased from us.

A high level of oral-communication is a must, and some email-support may be required as well.
