The Remote Network Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the Installation, Configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Computer Network Infrastructure.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Networking Best Practices
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/.Vista/7/2003/2008/2011, and SBS platforms
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard office environment applications
Extensive Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Exchange
Extensive knowledge of wireless networks, Firewalls, VPN, RDP, NAS
Extensive knowledge of System Backups
Extensive knowledge Integrating Smart Phones within a Network Environment
Technical writing, Assessments, documentation and Technical Recommendations
Be available for work in the PST Time Zone
Have an solid Broadband connection
