Job Description

Need a very friendly support person to answer the phone. The person should have excellent written and verbal English skills. Position is flexible will work from home; person shall be available to respond to calls during business hours in North American. Support person will be expected to learn the application and respond to question on the use of the software application to customers. Bugs and other customer requests will be log into a support system. Additional responsibilities include responded to support email and followed up with the customers when more information was needed. Call customer monthly to check in.

Good English skills a must, good organization skills, friendly personality and the ability to connect with customers. Have a computer and good internet connection. Passed experience with software support desirable. Ability to travel to 1-2 trade shows a year desirable.
