We are looking for a skilled and experienced person with Twilo IVR API.
You will be designing and implementing a IVR system, that will connect with our CRM thru API.
The system will need to perform advanced features, relating to the management of user accounts. Billing updates, tracking records and more. We have complete API doc's for you, but this is a situation that will require a bit of out of the box thinking.
As a part of this, we need a good estimate of fixed length of the initial system build out and then will move to a on-going support contract.
We will require this to have a decent front end, for reporting views and the ability to "resell" the service to others. We will require a non disclosure contract.
