Job Description

ivee ( is looking for a stellar customer service manager who loves gadgets, loves technology, and loves helping people solve problems. Must have solid experience in trouble shooting problems (over the phone and/or email), have a solid understanding of how to manage an online ticketing systems (like Zendesk or Uservoice), be able to communicate effectively with our in-house team, and must be able to do the very best job with keeping our customers happy.

This is an hourly position that will be an ongoing engagement for the right candidate. This role reports to the CEO and will work closely with the Director of Logistics. We expect this position to entail roughly 10-15 hours/week, but could grow as we grow.
