Looking for a full-time personal assistant. Experience with computer and office software (Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, etc) is a must. You will be an assistant to company partners and will need to be able to effectively communicate with other assistants, management and report the progress of projects and their leaders and assets. Communication via various methods will be required (phone, text, email, skype chat/audio/video). You will be required to do various research online (oDesk, Fiverr, Google, etc) and create spreadsheets of findings. • He/she must have the ability to communicate effectively with other people via phone, text and email
• Must be able to use Skype (chat/audio calls/some video calls)
• Must have the ability to follow up on projects assigned to other assistants
• Must have the ability to report back to you in clear terms where projects are at, in other words to be able to track processes and track progress.
• Must be able to use the computer to do research online
• Must have good English verbal and grammar skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be task oriented
• Must understand basic accounting
