Job Description


Calling customers for more information about the service we are giving them
Dealing with inbound customer service enquiries
Recording all calls made with each customer and managing their account and requirements
Upselling to customers where possible

UK Campaign candidate requirements:

UK accent/Perfect fluent English
Knowledge of UK market and how to correspond with customers
Experience in account management and customer service
Fast internet speed
Able to work UK time 9am - 6pm
Must have good feedback score
Reliability is a necessity

$1.50 per hour - increasing to $2 second month $2.5 third month $3 fourth month $3.5 fifth month $4 sixth month

This is a long term campaign - we need someone reliable dedicated and able to work independently. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary
