Need professional service representative to handle inbound calls, return calls, handle email and process orders.
Seeking intelligent, savvy, and excellent communicator, thinker, and contributor to the overall business in order to affect and increase revenues and company bottom line.
This is a fun, long term and permanent position.

You will be trained thoroughly on our one single, simple product.
You will answer questions and place orders online through our website on behalf of our clients.
You will respond to email inquiries.
You will complete other miscellaneous tasks and research.
You will be paid $1+ per recorded inbound call. (Current weekly call volume over 400)
You will also be paid $5-8 per order you take over the phone.
Your calls will be recorded for quality assurance.
Once you demonstrate proficiency in call handling and customer service, you will receive a per call increase and email handling along with order processing and recruiting with bonuses may be phased in.
1.) MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH and NO ACCENT.
2.) Must be available via Skype and Skype interview.
3.) Must be available for at least 35 hours per week.
4.) Must have the responsibility and discipline to work independently and unsupervised.
5.) Must have cable or DSL internet.
6.) Must have phone support, sales, and or customer service experience.
7.) Must have exceptional internet research abilities.
8.) Must have dedicated phone available.
9.) Must have a quiet and professional setting at ALL times.
