Are you bright and chirpy and like talking to people on the phone?
If you are a stay at home mum or retired with time on your hands or a British EX Pat that is looking for extra income we have the ideal opportunity for you. We are looking for UK (Eire & ex-pats) based only virtual receptionists to answer calls for a variety of businesses, take message, solve problems and generally represent our clients to the highest standard.
You must have a customer service instinct and be able to do a minimum of 20 hours a week working from the comfort of your own home. The volume of calls you will be expected to answer will take up about a quarter of your time logged in so assuming we have not set you training or other admin tasks you are free to get on with your life as long as you can get to the phone when it rings within 9 seconds.
We have a clever system that will give you access to all the information you need and of course we provide the training and software to make it happen.
So if you are reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and truly customer focused with a good solid internet connection (most important) we would love to hear from you.
The hourly rate of $5.00 has been calculated to allow freelancers to conduct other activities over the period of their shift. Although you will need to be able to take calls for the shift period the actual duration that you will be "talking" is more in the region of 2 hours over the span of the shift or 25% of the time.
This means that we are actually paying the equivalent of $20 per hour that you are actually working on our behalf.
