Job Description

Busy entrepreneur is seeking an exceptionally talented, efficient, effective virtual assistant with project management/executive assistant skills. This role will help manage production for my freelance business which is growing into a small creative agency, and includes web design, email design, online strategy, copywriting, etc.

This individual will act as my gatekeeper, helping to monitor and manage the daily production, allowing me to work on expanding and growing the business. The goal for this role is to create order and organization across all areas of my busy life, allowing me to focus on the revenue-generating activities vs. staying tied up running the business.

Duties will include:
- Writing project objectives for virtual team of designers, writers, production team, etc.
- Quality assurance and reviewing work from production team, accepting work or recommending updates if something does not meet quality standards
- Driving production schedules for entire team on Basecamp
- Monitor progress and know the status of all projects currently in progress
- Managing current task lists and making recommendations on schedules/calendar/timelines for me to review, approve and execute upon.
- Managing my calendar for both professional and personal engagements
- Tracking project hours from virtual team
- Helping to keep me organized, including filing systems, task documentation, checklists on necessary paperwork, etc.
- Assistance with personal tasks such as travel plans, online shopping, Christmas gifts, grocery shopping lists from recipe lists

This position will likely be 40 hours per week, and will be an ongoing role for the right candidate.
