Job Description

Real Estate firm in the United States is looking for a long-term experienced virtual assistant to provide customer service to its clients, marketing and administrative support to the company. The selected candidate will be assigned to the following tasks:

• Do MARKETING MARKETING MARKETING - Post ads on classified sites/ Online marketing, direct mail campaigns, and others
• Search real estate websites and newspapers for properties for sale
• Check/respond to phone calls, make cold call listing, follow-up with calls generating from leads. You will be required to fill our property information sheets for prospective buyers and sellers and email them to us.
• Analyze properties by doing search on the properties as well as running comps
• Write blog for the website
• Create flyer for properties, post properties on various social media and online marketing tools, do property and video syndication

We are looking for a potential long-term virtual assistant, more than a year. We will start part-time with the goal to switch to full-time. We want someone who is fluent in English, reliable, and can multi-task independently with limited supervision. The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google drive, and other tools
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls (previous experience talking with motivated seller is desirable)
• Experience working as a real estate virtual assistant
• Experienced in preparing listing, comparative market analysis, lease and purchase contract
