This project will be billed using Agile methodology - short sprints of deliverables.
A project manager on the developer side must be used and hold them developer or developers to task and deadlines. The project manager will work with me directly.
Project Manager must obtain all information needed for this project to give to developers. Project Manager must do a project schedule with the due dates.
Project Manager must update me at the end of the day status of project via the project report. Project Manager must schedule a 15 minute call with me everyday for updates and issues.
I want experienced developer and must see their portfolio and apps they have designed and implemented.
There will one versions with 4 integrations.
Version 1 must be ready for testing by July 15th.
Version 1.1 must be ready by July 31st
Version 1.2 must be ready by August 15.
Unit testing must be created
Documentation must be submit for review nightly on what has been written.
The mobile apps needs to work for iphone, anroid and ipads.
The application is about concussions.
There will be 4 areas:
symptons which details what to look for
Locations of the clinics (GPS locating person and finding nearest
clinc which right now is four clinics.
(Nice to have would be locations of hospitals to the clients gps setting)
Incidents which will be a variety of questions which will score and make recommendations
Incidents by parents, trainers and doctor will each have a different serious of questions.
User could log in via social media api or create an account
The social media login via api is a nice to have and can be done later.
I put the budget as $5 because I want a bid. If all milestones and project timeline is meet the project manager will receive a $150 bonus and the developer (s) $75 bonus at end of project.
When this is done and successfully implemented. There will be more work for this organization.
I want organizations that have multiple resources to bid on this because not having backup to continue work when someone is gone is not acceptable.
