I am looking for someone who is motivated to assist us with creative real estate solutions for our clients. The right candidate will have a great English speaking voice, have experience with spreadsheets (Google Docs and Excel), has above average computer, email (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etcetera), and internet skills, plus a high level or trainable knowledge of Google products.
Candidate must be open to following an irregular sales process, as our industry requires specific techniques not inherent in other industries.
Job will include an hourly wage with generous bonuses based on each closed sale and requires specific amounts of daily tasks performed administratively and as part of the sales process.
