Using Dynamics CRM for work order management

Created a workflow that converts workorder email notifications from multiple clients into cases. Need to assign
case to a queue for each state and notify dispatcher of new case in the queue.

In addition I need to create a workflow to kick off a script that will strip out all infomation
except description and work order id, then send out to a distribution list of techs with a
link to to accept or reject this work order. The techs and dispatcher will have the ability login and accept or reject
workorder and if accepted the workorder will also get forwarded to the dispatcher.

Also need a script when the accept button is initaited a work flow iniates a script to login to
the respective platform website and accept the work order.

In Summary I need two scripts:
1.a script that will strip out all infomation

link to to accept or reject this work order.
