We are currently using 4 mailboxes with Enterprise edition of Office 365 : 'Hosted Email (Exchange online plan 1)'
We want to migrate these 4 mailboxes to Small and midsize business : 'Office 365 Small Business Premium'
Unfortunately we cannot simply login into our administrator account to change the plan. This is what microsoft's website says : To switch to a different service family (meaning from Enterprise edition to Small and midsize business edition) : You can switch to a plan that isn’t in the same service family, but you will need to switch plans manually, without using the Switch plans wizard.
Switching plans manually involves purchasing a new plan, reassigning the licenses, and then cancelling your old plan.
If required, we will take a backup of our mailboxes in Outlook ourselves.
Also the setup of the mailboxes in Outlook will be done by us.
We are looking for someone who has good experience with setting up Office 365.
