I am looking at someone who is able to ring up customers via Skype who have not paid and work out when payment will be made and preferably put them into a payment program of some sort.
Currently have 12 customers who pay for internet advertising and do not pay before the due date.
This work will involve ringing them up and asking why the delay is, when payment can be expected etc.
You will have done this work before..
I also ask that we do a role play of a call via Skype so i can understand how you operate.
Customers are based in Australia so will need to be able to call people within the Australian Timezone.
