We're looking to set up a small 2-agent, inbound call center to field up to 100 calls per day. We expect this call center to grow substantially over the next 2 years and to eventually perform outbound/blended calling as well.
We will be using 8x8.com's call center solution and will likely add Salesforce.com into the mix shortly.
We're seeking an experienced call center agent (or manager) to help us set up a small, two-agent distributed call center and then recruit and manage our first two to four agents to keep our two incoming phone/chat lines always staffed 5-7 days a week from the hours of 8am-5pm PST.
In addition to hourly rates, we can offer performance-based incentives for experienced agents/managers whose skills can help us qualify and close new business.
