We are looking for a someone to process orders and payments into our inventory fulfillment account with amazon and relist and process orders on paypal and ebay and send out invoices.
The job will have different components, with duties including:
1. manage our ebay account (relist auctions and send invoices, answer shipping questions)
2. manage our amazon accounts (request feedback, process orders)
3. answer all incoming questions about shipping and forward other questions to us.
1. Background in customer service and/or order processing.
2. Excellent organizational and planning skills with good judgment and attention to detail
3. Experience with ebay and amazon is a big plus.
