Job Description

Must have 3 or more years of experience providing technical support.
You must be able to work at least 8 hours per day and be available via email, phone and other preferred instant messaging programs (msn, Skype, etc).'


Needed hours in GMT:

Monday through Friday 10 PM - 6 AM GMT.

Again time is in GMT, please read and make sure this will fit your schedule!


The following requirements below are a must:

* Expert in cPanel , Plesk, Enzim , DirectAdmin and servers without control panels.

* Experienced with VPS(Virtuozzo), OpenVZ, XEN, VmWare.

* Server Monitoring, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Administration

* Install / Upgrade / Update System & Security Softwares

* Manage DNS, Email and Web servers

* Maintain Database servers (MySql, Postgray SQL) Backup / Restore / Troubleshoot

* Ability to work with ticket systems

* Ability to work under stress

* Excellent knowledge of Linux and trouble shooting

* Very good knowledge of windows Servers and trouble shooting
