Bid tool using excel

I would like to take a bid tool I created and customize it. I need to add some logos and verbiage. I also need to automate tasks with macro's or something like that. When opened the spread sheet needs to prompt the user to populate certain fields and automatically save the sheet as the job name. The employee will then enter data into cells and have those cells populate the final bid. The part the client sees will be limited and needs to be protected. I will need to update the inclusions and exclusions as well as make room for lines we can adjust on the page the client sees. Not the line item QTY's but below those if we need to add more lines that are not a part of the cells in the take off portion of the bid. Ad-libbing so to say.
