Job Description

We are looking for someone that has experience in IT that is good with administrating Windows and Mac computers. Your job will be to troubleshoot computers remotely, run system cleaning, and back up computers regularly.

In addition, you will be managing our email accounts on Office 365 so if I tell you to add an email account you will need to know how to do that through the online interface. We currently use logmein to access the computers but you will also need to be familiar with Windows Remote Desktop to access our servers.

You should be familiar with Windows, Mac, installing software, troubleshooting computer problems, backing up computers using sugar sync, keeping inventory of user accounts, and be familiar with Windows Server 2008 and 2012. We are looking for someone to do this for the month so please make sure your bids are for the monthly work. In terms of actual work, you will probably only be doing this an hour or 2 a day so it's not a lot of work so please bid low.
