Job Description

We are a fast growing international retailer looking for a bright, energetic team player. Join us in a part time position, as a customer service representative with administrative duties. This position will support and assist customers, our customer service manager and resolutions team.


Job Requirements:
Excellent phone and writing skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and have demonstrable organizational skills
Takes initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
Assertive with the ability to recognize issues requiring action
Order Taking Skills are a must.

You must have a broadband connection.
A Phone interview will be required.

The schedule is 4PM to 8PM Eastern USA Time Monday through Sunday

An external NDA and Non Compete contract will be required.
