Ignore budget of $10--Create short scenarios (teacher and student, teacher and teacher)
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
The price I put is a placeholder. It's up to you to bid on what you would charge, based upon my work description below. You would need to write approx. 10 mins (runtime) of scenes in a mixed grade American school.
You will develop an opening scenario (maybe 2 mins of dialogue/action) and send to me for review so we can get aligned early on.
I am developing a self-paced e-learning course for teachers in need of professional development.
I need several short scenarios in which characters act, with dialogue. In the e-learning lesson, I will show a school with characters in it (photos). When they speak with each other, it will be audio voice over and/or text bubbles.
You don’t need to start from scratch and you don’t need to be a seasoned teacher; I have a textbook chapter (attached) that has to be used for this e-learning. You need to stick very closely to it. It contains scenarios (including dialogue and action) on the topics of Classroom Management.
I want to turn the lesson into a story rather than have a lesson full of unconnected scenarios. Thus, there has to be a story and non-mechanical dialogue.
Even though you need to stick closely to what shows in the scenarios in the textbook, you will have some poetic license.
I need you to weave a story (by using the textbook's scenarios) with the main teacher (the learner who is taking the self-paced e-learning course I am building) and the people s/he encounters (the people who appear in the textbook). As well, you will make use of the narrator’s voice. The narrator ‘tells’ and the characters ‘show.’
You would need to write a max of 10 mins of action and dialogue as if people were acting it out on stage.
1. Read the attachments.
2. Write the opening scenario for the story and send to me for review.
3. Continue with the remaining story.
If you do well on this, I have much, much more of the same for you as this is a giant course when all the lessons are added up and will take around 6 months to develop.
