1. Add an option to create a Case (manually) from Sales Order.
2. Assign the case to specific support person and send them an email to notify that the new sales customization case has been created.
We currently have script written to we can attached a spare part item to the case, create sales order for all repair cases.
Need to add following:
1. We want to track which support person work on what case for how long (in 5 min. increment).
2. Reports by Support, by customer etc. on how much time they spend on specific case or all cases for customer.
3. Customize Field up to 500 character to put notes that will be printed on the sales order for the repair cases.
4. Customer the case form, so it only prints specific relevant items on the case form. Existing standard format is not so good.
