Android: simple application development: 2 screens
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
Please see the attached ZIP files which contains the application's wireframes and project overview: each wireframe explained with extra information on the project.
The Android application has technically only 2 screens and the wireframes show the various application states. The android SDK minimum version supported will be 11.
It's important to note that a more precise project document will be provided for the winner of the bid. The document provided in the ZIP should be already providing enough information for bidding on this project. Please be aware that the project should work on all kind of Android devices: phones and tablets. So the screen layout should adapt accordingly, again SDK minimum: 11.
Sample mock JSON data will be provided to simulate the web service call, and some convenient Java class will be provided for storing/accessing the SQLite database.
It's OK to use existing open source projects/library for the project as long as it's documented and approved first by me.
The final delivery should include all source code, xml files, image resources, etc... Everything required to build the project through Android Studio/Eclipse (or Ant). All sources and copyright will be own by my self (standard "for hire" contract).
All source code need to have at least some comments explaining what is done.
While bidding please indicates how much experience you have in developing on Android, provide links to applications you have shipped, or sample codes that I can look at. Indicates any reason why you think you can complete this project and what skills make you better than someone else. What development environment are you using? Android Studio? Eclipse? Other?
I will expect the winning bidder to provide a daily update on the project progress through oDesk messaging, and ask questions when needed, so good written english needed.
Finally to be sure that you can follow instructions please start your bid by answering the following 2 questions: what is the name of the latest Android project name? What is the last word in the ProjectSummary.pdf file provided.
Failure to provide the 2 answers above will most likely you get your bid discarded since you are not following instructions.
