Telesales & Sales Support for Merchant Processing Company
We're a merchant services company that needs a support person to help in a variety of roles. Good email & phone skills are required. We provide Credit Card & Check Processing services to businesses throughout the U.S.A.
The following is a description of some of the work:
Answer In bound sales calls. Gather prospect information that can be data-entered into our CRM (we use Zoho). Then route those calls to a sales advisor on our team.
For the right individual, we will train to work with clients from start to finish. (This would be more of a full sales role)
You would follow up with prospects by phone and by email to set appointments for our payment advisors. These are lead already in our database, that have inquired with us but require further follow up. Not a cold call.
You would assist in a sales support role to help our operations and sales team get paperwork and applications back from our prospective merchants. This would require follow up phone calls and emails. (Merchants need to complete and application and provide a checklist of items that you will assist on following up with merchant to have them return the documents we need to proceed with approving their account)
You will assist in data entry to keep our data base current and update to date with changing notes/statuses for each of our merchants.
You will also make follow up calls/emails to our existing customers to ensure they're satisfied as well as offer additional services they may be interested in (and provide such information to them or set appointment for follow up)
We are looking for someone that can be a long-term member of our team.
Experience in the payments business (check processing, ACH processing, Credit Card Processing) is highly desirable skill.
We will provide access to our VOIP phone system so we can communicate with you via VOIP and Skype, and email.
