A US Major Software Development Organization is looking for 20 Dedicated Recruitment Professionals to fill in our urgent needs.
The responsibility of the role will include, but not limited to:
1) defining rules for selection criteria of the positions
3) develop tools to monitor interviewing process
4) process improvement of existing recruitment process
5) training more junior members in administrating the recruitment process
6) develop system to monitor existing recruitment process
