Assistant needed to place and return phone calls on behalf of the CEO in the U.S. Applicant must be available during U.S. business hours and must be native U.S. English speaker (U.S. or UK English as their 1st language) or have perfect spoken and written English skill. U.S. or UK ex-pat will be ideal for the position.
Position involves placing phone calls, scheduling calls for the CEO, updating contact information, and adding notes to an online database and/or CRM system. This position will only require a small amount of time daily, so someone currently looking for part-time work would be ideal in the short-term.
If proven to be capable and effective, the position could evolve into a larger role.
