Job Description

Qualifications:
Strong English, written and oral, communication skills
Must have at least six (6) months work experience in BPO industry but new graduates will be considered
Confident attitude and take the initiative to solve problems
Must be focused and patient in handling customer complaints and with high tolerance for stress
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Project skills
Must work U.S. Eastern Time zone hours
Must be able to make and receive telephone calls
Must be able to use Microsoft Remote Desktop (mstsc) to connect to your workstation
Must be trustworthy, honest, accurate, and reliable

Responsibilities:
Manage contact lists and ensure frequent updates
An ability to manage tasks assigned to individuals and follow-up with task owners
Coordinate meetings with individuals located globally, across multiple time zones
Establish and attend phone meetings, record attendees, and take meeting minutes
Take transcription and handle correspondence
Coordinate and maintain multiple calendars, both professional and personal
Personal Tasks (e.g. Dental & Doctor Appointments, Reservations, Shows)
Provide a digest of upcoming meetings, tasks, and other items on a defined frequency
Handle inquiries by phone or e-mail
Send out requested information to associates & customers
Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials
Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters
Update social media outlets
Make travel arrangements
Drafting personal correspondence, including thank you notes and special occasions
Assist with handling of personal tasks
File digitally scanned documents
Conduct Internet research
Other responsibilities as defined
