Projected campaign start date = Immediate
Product or service focus = Back Brace
Service Level Agreement = 20 Billable Leads Per Day
Training = Script Provided – Basic Survey Situation
Length of Training = Vendor will provide training
Set number of professionals needed to begin campaign (Minimum 7-Seats) FIRM
Payment Method = Wire Transfer / PayPal Invoice / Western Union (Additional $15.00 Fees)
Payment Schedule = Weekly, Net-10
How Will Sales Metric Be Captured = Reporting
Do you wish to have the campaign metric monitored = Jones BPO will review reports and share with call center
Hourly Rate Proposal (USD) = NA
PFP Rates = $50.00
In-Bound / Out-Bound / [Both] = Outbound Only
Technical Equipment needed = Clear VOIP and Dialer / All calls must be recorded in a WAV or Mp3 format and submitted to FTP or Dropbox
