E-Commerce Expert as Coach/Supporter

my name is Andreas Hein, I'm an IT engineer and I'm looking for people who can help to solve some of my technical challenges.
Maybe you are the right person to do this.
I look for a coach/teacher/supporter to set up and customize an online store.
You should be smart & fast. Then this can be a long relationship.

You should have good skills in setting up different e-commerce systems (like Magento, VirtueMart, OpenCart, osCommerce, xt:commerce, Drupal commerce, maybe others...). This job starts with choosing the right open source solution for my needs and ends with a nice looking and working “ready to sell” online-shop (incl. payments via paypal and other (local) solutions). I does the main work, you are the expert-coach and guide me.
This is not an continuous hourly full time job nor half time, it is a job/service by request! (It may happen that I don't contact you for a week or more if my work flow is clear and smooth.)
It's a privately driven tiny project, which I do in my spare time, so budget for this is low. (There is no “big” customer in background. I'm the end customer & user.)
Work loop: I ask something and you have to give an working and true answer in an appropriate way and time.
If you need time to do background investigations for a topic, you have to tell me before you start. It may happen that I decide to find out by myself or switch to a higher skilled coach in my coach-queue for this particular topic.
My main target is to speed up my own work!
Sometimes there will be different small, more general questions, which can be answered within minutes (no coding, only knowledge transfer). Then there may are support cases in which direct access (Skype, TeamViewer, etc) is needed to solve a problem, or review configuration or correct code.
Every time I will measure the time to have a fair base for payment calculations.
Sometimes there are very small tasks (questions to be answered), which maybe needs just 10 minutes. In this case I'll collect the minutes and I pay when the minimum payable amount is reached or higher, this is up to you.
This job is only interesting for people who are online (with fast Internet connection) and who speak a well English to explain technical things. If you are not online in the moment I have the question, I will search/find solution by myself or switch to a more skilled contractor.
