Sales Award Spreadsheet Tracker

Design an editable excel spreadsheet/workbook that can be used to track sales metrics for my 9 person team as part of a monthly Top Gun Award. Very simple, I would like a spreadsheet designed that will help keep score of 4 specific sales metrics (1point or 2 points) for a 9 person sales team. If possible, i would like to keep track of the information on one spreadsheet and then have another spreadsheet auto-populate with an image for each point. For example, on one spreadsheet, i would like to enter "New Account - Green Dot" (worth 2 points). Then, on a separate spreadsheet a graphic of a 2 fighter jet's auto populate. The metrics are New Accounts = 2points, New Prospect = 1point, Week Positive in GP$ = 2pts, Week Positive in Cases = 2pts
