iOS developer in Madrid, Spain

Cancelled

Job Description

We’re looking for an iOS developer to assist us in our mission of creating a world in which it’s easy and fun to be a music fan...

You’ll be working with a talented group of people who are passionate about what they do, so you should have:

- an insatiable hunger for learning new things
- a keen eye for those important, little details
- a real sense of pride in your work.

You’ll be helping us develop Rushmore’s mobile presence, implementing new features, improving performance and making sure that the user interface is bang on the money.

It would be great if you live in (or are willing to relocate to) Madrid, Spain or London, UK, but if you can’t and you really wow us then we’ll figure something out.

We would love to chat if you can check these off:

Outstanding engineering talent proven by great work results/experience, interesting personal projects, open source contributions etc.

4 years of experience in software development and a strong command of object oriented principles (can be non-professional experience)

1-2 years of experience in iOS development, using Objective-C and Cocoa Touch. If you have a cracking iPhone/iPad app in the App Store that you can show us then that will go a long way.

Experience in Web development, being able to write and debug cross-platform code that is suitable for mobile constraints.

Able to write well-documented code, explaining methods in good English

A degree in computer science or similar is a plus, but not required.

Self-motivated, but can can thrive within the Rushmore team. Able to show initiative and make confident decisions to solve robust technical challenges.

Great communication and organisational skills, especially around development discipline and process.

Finally, you have to love your music! That’s what we’re all about.

If that sounds like you…

Email jobs@rushmore.fm with your CV, links to apps you have worked on with descriptions of what you contributed to each one, github details etc and anything else you think we should look at.

Hopefully speak to you soon!

Rushmore xoxo
